WORK ASSIGNMENT: Duties may include preparation of teaching material, marking, invigilation, and communication with students and instructor.听 For distance courses this may include additional online activities (e.g. monitoring online discussion boards).
*SLWK 2335: This course includes a week-long on campus residency in May that the TA must attend in person.听 If applying for this course please confirm you can attend residency in person.
REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION: 听For BSW courses, enrollment in the MSW program or a graduate of a Social Work program.听 For MSW courses, graduate of a Master of Social Work program (or all coursework, including field, completed).听 Applicants must have knowledge of, or experience in, the subject matter being taught.听 Must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 听

PAY RATE: per CUPE 3912 Collective Agreement.
