For Preceptors

• Preceptors for 七色视频 BSc(Pharm) and PharmD Program.听 CPE forms for Preceptors involved with 七色视频 Pharmacy Students would have had the CPE forms emailed to them directly after the rotation was completed听 If you do not have the form in your email, please contact pepadm@dal.ca
• Preceptors for 七色视频 Residency Program.听 CPE forms for NS Preceptors involved with the 七色视频 Residency Program should contact the Residency Coordinator directly (Nova Scotia Health Central Zone, IWK Health Centre).
